This website is operated by Wovana Hair. By using the site you confirm you are at least 18 years old or using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Products and Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and product availability at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed are honoured at the price paid.
- Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour, shade and texture of natural human hair are normal.
3. Orders and Payment
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment or, for Cash on Delivery orders, after our confirmation call or message.
- We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, PayPal and COD (on eligible products within India).
- We may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability, with a full refund of any amount paid.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
- International delivery timelines and charges are shown at checkout and may be subject to customs duties payable by the customer.
- Tracking details are shared by email/WhatsApp once your order ships.
5. Custom and Cut-to-Size Items
Hair systems that are custom-made, cut, trimmed or styled to your specification are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective. Please double-check measurements before ordering — our team is happy to help you measure over WhatsApp.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Wovana Hair and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
