Return Window
- Unused, unworn products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos/video of the product.
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage or wrong-item claims — it makes approval fast and simple.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Hair systems that have been worn, cut, trimmed, taped, glued or styled.
- Custom-made or cut-to-size systems, unless defective on arrival.
- Opened consumables — tapes, glues, solvents, serums and sprays — for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, unless defective.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Refund Process and Timelines
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders, refunds are made by UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
- Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour instead of a refund? We are happy to exchange eligible items — just mention it when you raise the return request. Exchanges ship within 2 business days of receiving the original item back.
